Sourdough Making Class

Saturday   4/6/24 1-3pm

Saturday class $60, stop back in Sunday at 11am to see baking process and take home a loaf of Sourdough, $10.

Learn to make sourdough starter and take home your very own.

Learn and start the process of making sourdough bread and adding ingredients to sourdough.

Learn to make sourdough crackers with sourdough discard

Discuss other items to add sourdough discard to.

         

Andrew will teach the sourdough process from beginning to end. You will take home sourdough starter, sourdough crackers, and the beginning of a sourdough loaf. If you wish to see a loaf before it gets baked and want to take one home, Andrew will be at the bakery Sunday to show you at 11:00 am.

French Loaf, Baguette and Croissants (2 hours) $60

-French Loaf Dough (Dough made to take home and bake)

-Baguette (formed and baked at bakery)

-Demonstration of Croissant Dough

-Croissants Savory and Sweet (made, proofed and baked at bakery)
